(2) Buildings other than residential buildings
1. For construction in crowded places, Class A insulating materials should be used;
2. Do not place it in crowded places. When the height of the building is greater than 50m, the combustion performance of the insulating material should be Class A; when the height of the building is not greater than 50m, the combustion performance of the insulating material should not be lower than Class B1. For B1 insulating materials, non-combustible materials should be used as the protective layer, and the thickness of the protective layer should not be less than 15mm. The height should not be less than 300mm, and the non-combustible materials should be arranged at the height of the fire barrier every time they are used.

When there is a cavity between the external insulation system of the third building, the foundation wall and the decorative layer, the insulation system shall meet the following requirements:
When (a) when the height of the building is greater than 24m, the combustion performance of the insulating material should be Class A;
(B) When the height of the building is not greater than 24m, the combustion performance of the insulating material should not be less than Class B1. When using Class B1 insulating materials, the insulating materials on both sides of the non-combustible materials should be used as the protective layer, and the thickness of the protective layer shall not be less than 20mm. The height of non-combustible materials used each time should be no less than 300mm, and a fireproof buffer zone should be provided;

(3) The cavity insulation system and the base wall, decorative layer, and fireproof materials should be closed in each floor office.

Article 4 The thermal insulation materials and the integrated structural system of the building facade without internal wall insulation on both sides shall comply with the technical standards of the national and provincial related product standards, current product standards, construction specifications, etc., and the burning performance of the insulation materials Cannot be lower than B1 level.

Article 20 The combustion performance of roofing building materials shall not be lower than Class B1. When using Class B1 insulating materials, non-combustible materials with a width of not less than 10mm should be used as the protective layer, and non-combustible materials with a width of not less than 500mm should be used to set up a fireproof buffer zone to separate the roof from the external wall. The thickness of the roof waterproof layer shall not be less than 10mm and shall be covered with non-combustible materials.

Article 6 The external walls of buildings using internal thermal insulation systems shall meet the following requirements:
(A) Between crowded places and building stairs, walkways, refuges, and types of refuges, Class A insulation materials should be used;
(2) For other buildings, places or parts, low-smoke, low-toxicity and combustion performance shall not be lower than B1 insulation material. When using Class B1 insulating materials, non-combustible materials should be used as the protective layer, and the thickness of the protective layer shall not be less than 10mm.

Article 5 The fire barrier shall be made of Class A inorganic insulating materials, and shall be set up along the floor. The fire wall of the main wall should be pasted to the entire area, and the construction should be synchronized with the insulation layer of the external wall.
